hi, i’m in my 20s, and have a bad case of the computer neck, or whatever ppl call it, meaning that my neck bones (c-spine) kinda leans forward as when ppl tend to do when sitting in front of a computer.
How can i realign my cervical vertebrae so that theyh’ll be pushed backwards a bit? to become normal again, of course. i mean, my case isn’t that bad, but i would like to fix my posture while i’m still young. thanks.
oh, please give me some methods that i can do at home, like some stretching exercise or tips like that. i don’t have the money to see a chiropractor..

Your bad posture is ACQUIRED, meaning you didn’t have it when you were born. This can be corrected by PROPER BODY MECHANICS (with a lot of discipline) like sitting upright, adjusting the position of your monitor, height of the chair & keyboard. You might wanna get your eyes checked because that neck position that you do usually indicates that you’re trying to be close to the monitor…closer than you should be. So having glasses will aid you maintaining proper sitting positions. As for the exercises…do neck extension stretches & neck rotations to release any tightness of your neck flexors.
Wow, I am not sure about doing this at home…but maybe you can do a search on the internet and find a chiro site that might be able to help and maybe have diagrams on it. Be careful though, your spine & neck are very sensitive to damage.
Try sitting up at your computer straight!:)
